Locating
plumbing fixtures flush to the wall or in "logical"
locations on the basement floor is often times not
a high priority for the home builder. As with ceiling
obstructions, if these fixtures are left per their
original location, they force the basement contractor
to build over and around them. This reduces livable
space and makes for some "interesting"
looking protrusions coming out of your
wall or floor.

The
Sovereign Difference |
| At
Sovereign, we recognize that floor space is even
more precious than ceiling height. If plumbing fixtures
are not flush against the wall then we have our
plumbers move them. This is not always an easy task
as the cement floor may need to be broken up in
order to move the piping. The
picture on the left shows a typical plumbing fixture
located in an awkward place and the picture below
shows the Sovereign Difference: The fixture has
been moved flush to the wall so it can be completely
hidden upon installation of the dry wall. |
