| Many
homes built in the last twenty years have had the
bathroom plumbing "roughed-in" to accommodate
a future bathroom when finishing the basement. The
problem that some times arises however is that the
"rough-in" is not located in the area
where you actually want your bathroom to be in your
new lower level space. Often times these fixtures
are in the middle of the room! |

The
Sovereign Difference |
| At
Sovereign, as necessary, we will relocate the
roughed-in plumbing for the bathroom to a place
that makes sense, once again to maximize your
livable space. This usually means locating the
bathroom up against the stair well or against
one of the foundation walls. To do so may require
extensive work to re-route plumbing under the
cement floor. However, the savings in space and
the facilitation of the traffic "flow"
makes the effort more than worth while. |
