Lars
is a graduate of McNicholas High School in Anderson
Township where he enjoyed many activities including
football, track and the first ever men's rally
squad. He then went on the University of Alabama,
where he played briefly under Bear Bryant before
having to return to Cincinnati for family reasons
and eventually graduating from the Northern Kentucky
University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate
minor.
Lars
began his home construction career working for
Fisher Homes. Initially as a field assistant supervisor
overseeing new home construction followed shortly
there after with a promotion to a Supervisor overseeing
construction in specific Fischer communities.
Finally, promoted to Ohio Division Manager in
charge of all construction and customer service
for that division which encompassed the building
of over one hundred homes a year. |
In 1997 Lars left Fischer Homes to start Sovereign
Construction Company. It was his dream to start
a company that offered a higher quality, more
customer focused product. Since then, Sovereign
has gone from a company completing about ten projects
a year, to last year where over forty projects
were finished. |

Personally,
Lars enjoys a variety of passions including sports,
travel, and politics and most important are his
family and love for animals.

is a long time member of the Greater Cincinnati
Home Builders Association. |
