Sovereign Construction is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online.

Basic Confidentiality Policy
It is the policy of Sovereign Construction that personal information such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location; is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provided the information (such as responding to an online inquiry for information).

We have no sign-up mailing lists or links to third party vendors and only send out information on a requested basis. The one exception to this rule is our link to the Better Business Bureau web site.

No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provided the information, such as sending your request for information to the relevant third party such as our flooring or cabinet supplier, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. We are not privy to any electronic information other than that which you provide us in an email except to the extent that we get broad statistical data on web activity from our web hosting company. Visiting our site provides us no personal information whatsoever on you the consumer.
As per the above, our web site does track generic information about the visits to our web site. For example, we compile statistics that show the number of visitors to our site over a given length of time. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to our customers or prospective customers but even these statistics are only provided to others, for purposes of analysis and contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
