referral fee of up to $500!

Construction will pay a referral fee to anyone
that provides the initial lead for a project that
within one year, results in a signed contract
for work to be performed. The amount of this fee
will be the lesser of $500 or 2% of the construction
value of the project (this includes materials
but excludes the cost of ancillary items like
electronics, refrigerators, hot tubs, etc.)
The fee is payable in full upon obtaining a signed
contract from the client. (A $25,000 contract,
which is fairly typical, would result in a getting
a check worth $500). To avoid any ambiguity, we
ask that all such leads are sent to Sovereign
via email so that they are verifiable and time
stamped. Every attempt will be made to acknowledge
the referral within 24 hours via a return email.
